Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) — Batch 21

A comprehensive on-campus programme for working professionals. This meticulously designed 16-month programme is tailored for working executives seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in human resource management — a blend of academic rigor and practical relevance that lets professionals advance their careers without compromising current commitments.

Assessment, Evaluation & Certification

Faculty members choose the evaluation method most appropriate to each course outline. After completing the programme, participants are awarded an “Executive Diploma in HRM” by XLRI Jamshedpur.

• Bachelor's degree (minimum of three years full-time study) from a recognized university in any discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-degree full-time work experience, preferably in HR, as on 31st December 2026.

• Upload all relevant documents before the interviews. Upon verification, eligible candidates are eligible to appear for a virtual interview.

• Programme fee: INR 5.15 lakhs + GST per candidate (includes Alumni fees).
• Additional INR 22,000 caution deposit — refundable after graduation.
• Fee includes tuition and infrastructure necessities for an effective academic programme.
• Fee is collected in 4 equal installments (excludes campus administrative expenses).
• EDHRM Registration Fee: Rs. 2,950/- inclusive of GST (non-refundable).

• Travel, boarding and lodging expenses are borne by participants.
• On-campus accommodation on a twin-sharing basis (charges separate from professional fees).
• The complete fee structure is shared along with the offer letter.

• Registration for EDHRM Batch 21 is the preliminary step toward applying to the XLRI EDHRM programme.
• Pay online using Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets & more.
